Reservations accepted for lunch only for members of the Neue Galerie at the Sustaining Level and above. Dinner reservations for the public are accepted by phone.

Food: Austrian. There is no children’s menu.

Space: An elegant, sedate salon with booths along the windows, and stand-alone tables in the center.

Stroller storage: Yes, at the museum coat check. During off-peak hours, you may be able to leave your stroller by the café entrance.

High chairs: No.

Changing table: Yes, in the ladies’ room located downstairs.

Other info: Café Fledermaus downstairs serves the same menu from 12PM-6PM Thurs-Sun. Both cafés are part of Kurt Gutenbrunner’s family of restaurants, including the very kid-friendly Blaue Gans in Tribeca.
