Playscape: A compact and intimate playground with one single play structure suitable for children small and big (the arm rings and spiral ladder are the more challenging elements), plus bucket and sling swings, and a water play area with sprinklers. There is no sand.

Safety notes: This is a small playground with just one gate for entry and exit. However, there is a ramp in the southwestern corner of the playground leading down to a small courtyard, which can present a blind spot. Tall trees and the surrounding buildings provide a nice level of shade on sunny days.

Public restrooms: Yes.

Food & drink: There is no shortage of restaurants and food shops in the neighborhood, along Ave. of the Americas and among the winding streets of the West Village.
