Playgrounds: The Tudor Grove Playground is built for toddlers and small children, and features a single small play structure. Older children will find the larger, more elaborate play structure, along with the two sling swings, at the Mary O’Connor Playground more entertaining. Food & drink: 1st Ave. is largely taken up by the United Nations. Head to 2nd Ave. for a better concentration of restaurants and food shops.
Other info: The park hosts community events throughout the year, including summer concerts, trick-or-treating, and seasonal festivities including an Easter egg hunt and holiday tree lighting.
